The Opportunity
We are seeking applications from experienced and driven Lead Control Systems Engineers to join our growing team in Gladstone.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to define project requirements and scope
Lead the design,
development, implementation, and commissioning of robust control system solutions
Ensure project deliverables meet high standards of quality and are completed on time
Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients
Promote and uphold a strong culture of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)
Experience and Skills
Background in infrastructure or heavy industrial sectors
Strong client engagement and communication abilities
Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
Experience in control system architecture, design, and development
Project management expertise including planning and scheduling
Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex engineering projects
Qualifications and Attributes
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in technical design across diverse control system platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning
High attention to quality and detail
Safety-focused mindset with practical problem-solving capabilities
