ICT Risk & Audit Manager | NV1 | Canberra

Take the lead in ICT audit, assurance and risk management within a large-scale, complex technology environment. This Canberra-based contract offers the chance to coordinate major audit activities, advise senior stakeholders, strengthen governance outcomes and guide the remediation of ICT risk findings.

Location: Canberra, ACT
n Contract Duration: 12 months, with potential for 2 x 12-month extensions
n Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance is mandatory
n Closing Date: Monday, 17 August **** at 10:00am Canberra time

Essential Tasks
n
n
Coordinate internal and external ICT audits, assurance activities and audit fieldwork.
n
Manage audit stakeholders, technical specialists, partner agencies and executive expectations.
n
Track and report audit findings, recommendations, risks and remediation actions.
n
Analyse recurring risk themes and mentor team members on ICT audit and risk matters.
n
n




Key Criteria
n
n
Extensive ICT audit and assurance experience within Australian Government environments.
n
Strong knowledge of ICT audit standards, risk frameworks, COBIT and ITIL.
n
Relevant certification or qualification, such as CISA, CRISC or equivalent.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, executive communication and analytical skills.
