About the Rolen
As Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee the day-to-day professional operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional healthcare services while leading and supporting a committed pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilitiesn

Manage the daily operations of the dispensary and pharmacy.
n
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy legislation, qualified standards, and regulatory requirements.
n
Provide high-quality clinical advice and counselling to patients.
n
Conduct medication reviews and support quality use of medicines initiatives.
n
Lead, mentor, and support pharmacists, dispensary technicians, and pharmacy assistants.
n
Foster a positive team culture focused on customer service and patient outcomes.
n
Oversee dispensing accuracy, workflow management, and stock control processes.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the wider community.
n
Support and drive professional services including vaccinations, health checks, and other clinical programs.
n




Monitor and manage key pharmacy performance indicators.
n
Ensure a safe, skilled, and welcoming pharmacy environment.

About Youn
To be successful in this role, you will have:

n
Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
n
Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting.
n
Experience in a leadership or Pharmacist in Charge role is preferred.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
n
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
n
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
