200+ Vehicles Monthly Full-Time | Fast-Paced, Multi-Franchise Dealership. Are you a detail-driven, organized professional with experience in dealership stock control?

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Stock Controller to join our high-performing team across our Chery New & Ford Used sales departments – handling both current and used vehicles. With over 200 vehicles delivered each month, you'll play a critical role in the success of our operation, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely stock management from factory order through to final delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Managing vehicle stock across all brands – new, used, demonstrators, and wholesale
n
Processing factory orders, dealer transfers, and stock allocations.
n
Ensuring compliance and accuracy across vehicle invoicing, registration, and documentation
n
Coordinating with sales teams, delivery coordinators, and service departments
n
Maintaining DMS records and reporting on stock levels and turnover
n
Liaising with OEMS and financiers as needed.

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Proven experience in automotive stock control within a dealership environment
n
Strong knowledge of dealer management systems (Units Auto IT and AMS Pro experience highly regarded).
n
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
