TheFinanceManagerCommercial&ReportingisthebusinesspartnerfortheCommercialandITC;(InvoicetoCash)functionsincludingSales,TreasuryandCommercialFinancetoensuretheymeetgroup'scontrolsanddefinedprocedures.ThisroleworkscloselywithandmentorsaGCCbasedoffshoresenioranalysttoensurealltheirprocessesareperformedandreviewedasneeded.Thisrole,inconjunctionwiththeCommercialController,isthebusinesspartnerforthesharedservicesfunctionssuchasHR,Legal,Finance,MarketingandAdmin.

Keyresponsibilities
DeliveranalyticalsupportforARAging,cashallocation,baddebtprovisionandforecasting;monitorARhealthandtradespendimpacts.
PartnerwithITCtoimproveARandtradespendcontrolprocessesandreporting,includingstandardizationandExcel-enabledautomation.
ReviewBalanceSheetreconciliationsforCommercialandSGensuretimelyclearanceofreconcilingitems.
SupportexternalauditandkeyaudittimelineswiththeReportingController;ensureauditrequestsaremetaccuratelyandonschedule
CoordinatewithFassistwithSOXtestingandindependentcertificationactivities.
Ensurenorepeatinternalauditfindingsbychallengingnon-compliantprocessesanddrivingremediationtoclosure.
Managestakeholderqueries/issuesandensuretimelyresolutionwithoutdelayingclose,audits,orreporting.
