Our client is a respected remedial building contractor with more than 30 years of experience delivering high-quality projects across Sydney. They have built an excellent reputation for quality workmanship, long-term client relationships and looking after their people.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Working Foreman to join their team on a permanent basis.
n

Residential and Commercial Remedial Building

Strata Rectification and Building Maintenance
n
Government Remedial Projects
n
Waterproofing and Leak Rectification
n
Concrete Repair and Concrete Cancer Remediation
n
Balcony Repair and Reinstatement
n
Façade Upgrades and Cladding Replacement
n
Roof Repairs
n
Fire Safety Upgrades and Compliance Works
n
General Building Rectification
n

The Opportunity:
n
This role is ideal for an experienced Site Supervisor or Working Foreman with a strong background in remedial building and waterproofing.
n
You will be responsible for supervising trades and subcontractors, coordinating day-to-day site activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
n
You will work closely with the Project Manager, engineers and clients while leading your site team from the front.
n
What's on Offer?

$135,000 - $150,000 Base Salary (depending on experience) + Superannuation (on top of base salary)
n
$10,000 Car Allowance
n
Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm
n
Overtime available (optional)
n
Permanent full-time position
n
Annual Leave, Personal Leave, Public Holidays and RDOs

About You:
n
To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Working Foreman
n
We will also consider a Leading Hand from within the remedial building industry wanting to step up into a Supervisor / Working Foreman role, however your experience will be reflected in the salary.
n
A trade qualification as a Carpenter, Waterproofer or Bricklayer.
n
Strong experience delivering remedial building projects from start to finish.
n
Experience supervising medium to large remedial projects valued between $4M and $8M.
n
Practical experience with: Concrete Cancer and Concrete Spalling Repairs,
Waterproofing,Balcony
Remediation and Reinstatement, Window and Sliding Door upgrades, Balustrade upgrades, Façade Upgrades, and General Building Rectification
n
Solid leadership skills with the ability to coordinate trades and subcontractors.
n
Ability to conduct Toolbox Talks and maintain a safe work environment.
n
Experience working alongside Project Managers, Engineers and Clients.
n
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide regular project updates.
n
A strong eye for quality and attention to detail.
n
Construction White Card.
n
Full Australian Working Rights.
