About the Role
n
Reporting to the HSE Coordinator, you'll provide strategic and operational HSEQ support across civil construction projects throughout Perth.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Providing HSE leadership across multiple projects
n
Conducting audits,
inspections and compliance reviews
n
Leading incident investigations and corrective actions
n
Supporting ISO ****, ISO ***** & ISO ***** systems
n
Driving continuous improvement initiatives
n
Mentoring junior HSE team members
n
Building strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders
n
n
About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
7 - 10 years' HSE experience within civil construction or a related industry
n
Diploma or Degree in WHS (or similar)
n
Robust knowledge of Australian WHS legislation
n
Experience working within ISO-certified management systems
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
n
Current WA Driver's Licence
n
n
