Position: Nursery Team Member

Employment Type: Casual
n
Shifts: Late starts (10:00am–6:00pm weekdays) and Saturdays
n
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service with a positive, proactive approach
n
Assist customers with product selection and general nursery advice
n
Perform manual lifting and handling tasks
n
Replenish stock, ensuring shelves are well presented and ticketed
n
Follow all safety procedures and processes
n
Maintain general housekeeping standards within the Nursery area
n

Experienced in nursery operations and plant care (essential)
n
A reliable team player with a robust work ethic
n
Well-presented, motivated, and customer-focused
n
Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting
n
Competent in basic numeracy and literacy
n
Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
