In ****, Aegros will complete construction and validation of its HaemaFrac production facility in Macquarie Park, Australia. This milestone will mark the beginning of a new era for plasma manufacturing, setting a benchmark for innovation, efficiency, and patient impact.

We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Control Associate that can take the lead on Quality Control whilst supported by the Head of Quality.
n
Operating within a Start-Up setting. The right person will have the opportunity to be involved in many areas of Quality Control from helping shape and frame systems to mentoring and guiding others. Supported by a small but collaborative team you will be a specialist in GMP quality regulations and preferably have worked in
Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Food
Manufacturing or something similar.

Oversee all Quality Control tasks inclusive of;
n
n
Qualification of laboratory equipment
n
Validation and qualification support for validation activities (utilities, process and cleaning)
n
Prepare and review raw
materials/consumable
specifications
n
Sampling, inspection and testing activities
n
Reference and retention samples
n
Stability testing
n
n
You will prepare and review controlled documents and process related documentation including co-ordination with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and will be expected to manage Change Controls (CCRs), Investigations, CAPA and deviations/non-conformance.
n
As the business is in a growth stage, you will be expected to develop, design & deploy new GxP
processes/procedures/SOPs
from inception.
n
