Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable or Credit Officer looking for your next contract opportunity?

Our client is seeking a confident and proactive professional to join their finance team on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys building relationships with customers while ensuring outstanding accounts are collected in a professional and timely manner.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting the day-to-day Accounts Receivable function.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Contacting customers to follow up outstanding invoices and overdue accounts
n
Building positive relationships while negotiating payment of outstanding debts
n
Managing email correspondence relating to customer accounts
n
Issuing customer statements and invoices
n
Allocating customer payments accurately
n
Reconciling customer accounts
n
Investigating and resolving account queries
n




Maintaining accurate customer records
n
Assisting the wider finance team as required
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
n
n
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role
n
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
n
n
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Experience allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
n
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
n
A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
n
n
