This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Beautopia Hair and Beauty Pty Ltd as an Operations Manager. In this full-time role, you will be based at our Lane Cove West, NSW location ( with travel to stores ) and play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our growing business.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Help manage and oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal productivity
n
Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures to improve efficiency and drive improvement
n
Liaise with key stakeholders, including suppliers, to build strong relationships and resolve any issues
n
Monitor and analyse operational data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements
n
Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making as a key member of the leadership team
n
Work with stores and store managers to improve sales and efficiencies.
n
Store visits with travel interstate.
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Experience (5+ years) in an operations management role, preferably within the retail or wholesale distribution areas
n
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team,



with strong people management skills
n
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
n
Robust analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and act on operational metrics
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
n
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, operations management or logistics
n
Hands on Operational experience.
n
Inventory and Warehouse management a plus
n
ability to travel interstate
n
