The Role

We're looking for a Civil Foreman with proven local council road reconstruction experience—someone who can lead from the front, keep a crew moving, and deliver tidy outcomes across concreting, asphalt and drainage packages.
n
If you're the kind of foreman who sets the tempo on site, holds quality, and doesn't need chasing to keep things on track—this will suit you.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Lead a civil crew day-to-day with hands‐on site leadership
n
Coordinate works to hit program while keeping quality high
n
Work closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to manage priorities, resources and sequencing
n




Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site requirements
n
Mentor and develop crew members—lift the standard across the board
n
Maintain clear communication on progress, constraints, and what's needed next
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
Must have:
n
n
Minimum 3+ years in a Civil Foreman role
n
Local council road reconstruction experience (this is non‐negotiable)
n
Strong capability across roadworks, concreting, asphalt, and drainage
n
White Card + relevant construction tickets/licences
n
n
Highly regarded:
n
n
Robust hands‐on concreting background
n
Excavator tickets and solid machine experience
n
n
