We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and skilled Executive Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to our CEO and Leadership Team, based at our Eagle Farm Head Office.
n
About the Role
n
This is a pivotal role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office. You'll manage competing priorities, handle confidential information with discretion, and play a key role in supporting the Leadership Team across a broad range of business activities.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Leadership Team.
n
Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
n
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and executive documentation.
n
Coordinate Board meetings, Board Packs and manage the Board portal.
n
Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute action items as required.
n
Coordinate Leadership Team meetings and coordinate the annual company conference.
n
Support the Migration team with travel bookings, documentation and administration.
n
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
n

About You
n
You are a confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives. You enjoy working autonomously while building strong relationships across all levels of the business.

To be successful you'll have:
n
n
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar senior administrative role (minimum 3 years preferred).
n
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
n
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
n
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
n
Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
n
A qualification in Business Administration (or similar) will be highly regarded.
n
Experience using Board management software is advantageous.
