Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Planning & Environment Lawyer to join its highly regarded practice in Brisbane.

The Role
n
n
Advise clients on planning, environmental, infrastructure, and cultural heritage matters.
n




Assist with development strategy and statutory planning advice.
n
Represent clients in Planning & Environment Court proceedings and dispute resolution.
n
Advise on planning approvals, regulatory compliance, and development-related issues.Work closely with private developers, infrastructure providers, and all levels of government.
n
Build strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused and practical legal advice.
n
n
Ideal Candidate
n
n
2-7 years' post-admission experience in planning and environment law.
n
Experience gained within a private practice or government planning and workplace team.
n
Exposure to advisory, transactional, litigation, or regulatory planning matters.
n
Experience in Planning & Environment Court proceedings will be highly regarded, or a genuine interest in developing advocacy skills.
n
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
n
A collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded approach with a genuine passion for planning and environment law.
