About the Role
n
As Store Manager you'll be responsible for leading the retail operation and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading, mentoring and developing the retail team.
n
Coordinating the supply of high-end organic and nutritional products to the like-minded customers.
n
Creating a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
n
Delivering outstanding customer service.
n




Managing stock levels, merchandising and promotional displays.
n
Driving retail sales and achieving store performance goals.
n
Working closely with pharmacists to support integrated healthcare services.
n
Rostering, recruitment and staff training.
n
Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the store.
n
Identifying opportunities to grow retail and health categories.
n
n
About You
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous management experience in either grocery, community pharmacy, health retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
n
A genuine interest in clean, organic products for nutrition and wellness
n
Proven leadership and people management skills.
n
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
n
Robust retail merchandising and inventory management experience.
n
A passion for coaching and developing others.
n
A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example.
n
Experience with pharmacy retail systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.
n
