Assist Ease is seeking compassionate and dedicated
Support Workers - Female
to join our team on a
casual basis
. This position is based in
Castle Hill, NSW ****
. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities and aged care needs, helping them maintain independence, dignity and quality of life within their homes and communities.
Key responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting support to clients
Provide bowel care and medication administration
Follow individual support and behaviour support plans
Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence and wellbeing
Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments, social activities and community engagement
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering meaningful relationships with clients
Assist with light household tasks including meal preparation, cleaning and laundry
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of support provided and client needs
Communicate effectively with clients, families, carers and the broader care team
Respond to client requests and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Uphold confidentiality and respect client privacy at all times
What we're looking for
Certificate III or IV in Disability Support, Aged Care or equivalent qualification, Nursing students and ANs will be highly regarded.
Current First Aid and CPR certification




Current Working with Children Check or Disability Inclusion Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Demonstrated experience in aged care, disability support or community services
Robust interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families
Patient, compassionate and non-judgemental approach to client care
Physical capability to perform manual handling and mobility assistance tasks
Reliability and punctuality with a flexible approach to casual work
Problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently and as part of a team
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable members of the community
Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport
