A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Hip & Knee Territory Manager to join a highly respected global medical technology organisation with an established presence in the Australian orthopaedic market.

This role is specifically seeking a proven hip and knee reconstruction specialist who understands the complexity of arthroplasty, has strong surgeon relationships, and can confidently provide exceptional clinical support within theatre environments.
n
The successful candidate will take ownership of a key territory, partnering with leading orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and healthcare teams to drive growth across a premium joint reconstruction portfolio.
n
Hip & Knee Arthroplasty experience is essential for this position.
n
We are looking for someone who has a strong track record supporting total hip replacement (THR) and total knee replacement (TKR) procedures and understands the nuances of the arthroplasty market.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n

Manage and grow an established hip and knee arthroplasty territory
n
Provide expert clinical support during total hip and total knee replacement procedures
n




Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and theatre teams
n
Identify new business opportunities and increase market share
n
Support product adoption through exceptional clinical knowledge and customer engagement
n
Collaborate with a high-performing national sales team
n

About You:
n
n
Essential: Previous medical device sales experience within hip and knee arthroplasty
n
Strong understanding of total joint reconstruction procedures
n
Existing relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
n
Proven ability to grow revenue and develop a territory
n
Confident working independently while contributing to a team-oriented team environment
n
Passionate about clinical excellence and improving patient outcomes
n
