What You'll Be Doing:

Category Management: Action apparel & accessories from product selection, price negotiations, and purchase orders to warehouse delivery.

Customer-Centric Range Development: Create attractive, commercially viable collections aligned with market trends and customer preferences.

Trend Spotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of fashion trends through overseas travel and local market insights to keep your categories fresh and relevant.

Seasonal Trading: Adapt your ranges in-season, managing core lines and responding to market dynamics.

Collaboration:



Work closely with designers, production teams, and retail teams to ensure product excellence.

Retail Monitoring: Analyse sales performance, markdowns, and repeat buy opportunities to maximise profitability.

About You:

n
Minimum 3 years' buying or product development experience, preferably in menswear
n
Robust understanding of product development, production, and retail operations
n
A keen eye for fashion with a creative flair
n
Excellent knowledge of fabrics and garment construction
n
Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines
n
Effective communication and negotiation skills
n
Strong analytical and commercial acumen
