A permanent Farm Hand position is available on a progressive broadacre cropping operation located in Western Australia's Great Southern region. Joining an established team, you will be involved in machinery operation, machinery maintenance, workshop duties and a variety of general farm activities throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career within a modern cropping business using well-maintained equipment and technology. About The Role:

Machinery operation, maintenance and servicing;
n
General farm duties and workshop duties;
n
Assist with seeding, spraying and harvest;
n
Work within farm safety and OHS procedures;
n
Work as part of a professional farming team.

About You:

Previous broadacre farming experience essential;
n
Spraying experience preferred;
n
Good communication skills;
n
Team-oriented attitude;
n
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety;
n
Reliable and motivated;
n
Current C Class driver's licence.
