Toowong Orthodontics is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Oral Health Therapist to join the team to cover maternity leave for a period of 7-8 months. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about orthodontic care and wanting to work in a practice that values clinical excellence, teamwork and patient experience.
Days & Hours
Key responsibilities
Provide high-quality orthodontic treatment under the direction of the orthodontist, including appliance adjustments, debands and aligner reviews
Deliver preventative oral health education and hygiene advice tailored to orthodontic patients
Monitor patient progress throughout their treatment journey and communicate updates clearly to patients and families
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records
Work collaboratively with orthodontists, dental assistants and reception staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety
About you
Current registration with AHPRA as an Oral Health Therapist
Valid professional Indemnity Insurance




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for patient care
