About the Role
Assisting with road construction, surfacing, and maintenance projects
Working alongside paving, asphalt, and spray seal crews
Operating hand and power tools
Supporting daily site activities to ensure project deadlines are met
Maintaining a strong focus on workplace health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements
Previous experience in asphalt, spray seal, road construction, or civil infrastructure projects
White Card (essential)
MR Licence and reliable transport (Minimum)
Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Willingness to travel and work away from home when required




Ability to work effectively within a team and follow site instructions
