Our client is currently seeking an experienced couple to manage their busy community store in an Aboriginal Community in WA. This is an excellent prospect to experience community life for a couple looking for a chance to work together in a spectacular environment.

The Roles
n
Store Managers
n
Reporting to Community Directors and Financial Controller, the Store Managers will manage & oversee all operations including:
n
n
Stock management including stock-takes, ordering, deliveries
n
Fuel supply and management
n
Counter serving & general customer service
n
Store administration, data & accounts management
n
Overseeing a small takeaway & catering kitchen
n
Training & managing staff
n
n
The Requirements
n
n




Previous store manager experience essential (either in community store or roadhouse)
n
Previous experience working in remote locations (e.g. mining town or in an outback store / roadhouse) preferred
n
Excellent organisational skills and punctuality
n
Flexible approach, positive attitude and a willingness to learn essential
n
n

Annual salary package is on offer including an annual travel allowance.
n
Rental allowance is provided.
n
Use of an excellent fully furnished 3 bedroom house.
n
Work car is included.
n
6 weeks annual leave.
n
n
A salary review will be conducted on successful completion of 3 month probation.
