The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Dozer & Excavator Operator to join our growing team on civil construction projects across the Central Coast and Newcastle regions.
This role is ideal for a versatile operator who is confident operating both plant types, experienced with GPS machine control systems, and committed to delivering protected and productive outcomes on site.
To be successful in this role, you will have
Proven experience operating D6-D8 Dozers and 20t-30t Excavators
Strong experience using GPS machine control systems on both dozers and excavators
Previous civil construction experience (essential)
Ability to read and work to plans, levels, and site specifications
Current NSW Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Ability to conduct routine pre-start and maintenance checks
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Relevant tickets, licences, and industry competencies
