Job Description
Qantas Airways is seeking a dedicated Workforce Planner for a full time, permanent role based at our Mascot Campus.
You will lead a major workforce transformation to improve rostering for ground staff across airport operations, configuring planning systems and coaching teams throughout implementation.
You will act as a strategic partner, leveraging technology and process redesign to boost roster efficiency, employee engagement, and operational outcomes.
