What you will be doing:
Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation plans to support clients' recovery and return to work including ADL's
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, to identify clients' needs and barriers to recovery.




Work closely with employers, healthcare providers, and insurers to facilitate a coordinated approach to client care.
Set realistic, achievable goals for clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting plans as needed.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and compliance with industry standards.
Provide guidance and support to clients and their families, helping them navigate the rehabilitation process with confidence.
Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate work environments and recommend modifications to facilitate clients' return to work.
Why this role:
Salary above market ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus
$5,000 Car Allowance

What you will need:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists
Full AHPRA registration
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
