We're working with a leading retail organisation in Melbourne that is undergoing a significant digital and commerce transformation.
They are looking for aSenior Solution Architectwith deep experience inSalesforce Commerce Cloudto lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performing eCommerce solutions.
This role will sit across both business and technology teams, helping shape the architecture of a modern retail platform while ensuring integration across key systems including CRM, payments, OMS and fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead theend-to-end solution architecturefor Salesforce Commerce Cloud within a large retail environment
Design scalableomnichannel commerce solutionsacross digital, in-store and mobile channels
Define integration architecture betweenCommerce Cloud, Salesforce ecosystem, ERP, OMS and payment platforms
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure architecture isdeliverable, secure and scalable
Provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams within a broader digital transformation program
Engage with senior stakeholders across technology, digital and retail operations
Key Experience
Extensive experience as aSolution Architect within large-scale retail or eCommerce environments
Strong hands‐on architecture experience withSalesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
Experience designingintegrated retail platformsacross CRM, commerce, payments, loyalty and fulfilment
Robust understanding ofAPI‐led architecture, microservices and cloud platforms
Experience working withincomplex transformation programsinvolving multiple vendors and delivery teams
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate architecture to both technical and business audiences
