About The Role
A Senior Services Coordinator is required to work on one of our Data Centre projects (Western Sydney or North Shore) – work secured within Data Centres well into ****




You will be responsible for the team coordinating major M&E; packages on this Data Centre project
You should be able to read and interpret drawings
Manage and work closely with the M&E; sub‐contractors and other service trades effectively
You will work directly under the Services Manager, within a services team of eight, attending all meetings and supporting the team through the full life‐cycle of the project
To Be Successful In This Role You Would Require
A very strong focus on building services and preferably a mechanical or electrical degree coupled with five or more years' site experience in the commercial construction industry
Commercial construction delivery experience on large projects
Extensive experience with building services on projects in excess of $200 million, ideally within the healthcare or data centre spaces
Ability to motivate and mentor those around you
Experience working for a building services sub‐contractor or for a Tier 1 or 2 main building contractor in a senior level role
Steady employment background showing outstanding tenure with past employers
