The Role
ProvidegeneraladministrativesupporttoBoutique including sales collections and banking.
Keeptrackoninvoicesandbilling
Sortandseparatedocumentsandrecordsforinventory
Accuratelyupdating ofstockdetails insystemdaily
Carry out end of day process and obtain relevant approval from Boutique Manager for Document Management System submission on time
LiaisecloselywithDispatchteamfordelivery arrangement
Providebacklogupdatesandrepairstatusreports
Perform periodic review of Purchase Orders and Client Deposit Notes
Coordinate and ensure seamless internal audit process
Handleclientenquiriesandadministertheprocessingoforders
Activelyengagewithclientsbyprovidingtimely updatesonenquiries
Attendtoclients'phonecallsandemailenquiries
Processclientsfeedbackformstimelywithinthestipulatedlead-time
CompliancewithPoliciesandProcedures

About you
You possess a positive mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work to multiple deadlines and across numerous systems.
You are self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets and are eager to continually improve yourself to build on your retail and product knowledge.
You are a flexible team player ever ready to go the extra mile.
Prior experience in a premium service, hospitality sector or in aluxury retail environment will be a plus.
