SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
n
Assembly and fabrication of custom cabinetry, joinery, and detailed woodwork
n
Reading and interpreting detailed production drawings and cutting lists
n
Safe operation of standard factory machinery and power tools (panel saws, edgebanders, drills)
n
Assisting with high-end surface preparation and hardware installation
n
Participating in daily Toolbox Talks and workshop safety inductions
n
Working collaboratively within a team environment to meet strict production deadlines
n
Excellent communication skills to ensure workflow efficiency and quality control
n

WHAT YOU'LL GET

$40 - $45 per hour + Super + Coinvest (depending on experience)
n
Consistent hours in a secure, indoor factory environment based in Sunshine
n
Meal allowance (payable on shifts over 9.5 hours)
n
Heavy overtime available – time and a half and double-time rates paid
n
Weekly Pay – processed every week, without fail
n
Long-term consistency with real permanent full-time potential for standout workers

KEY REQUIREMENTS
n
n
Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent trade qualification)
n
Valid White Card
n
Proven experience working within a fast-paced cabinet making or joinery factory
n
Full PPE (Steel cap boots, hi-vis, hearing/eye protection)
n
Genuine desire to commit long-term and work well within a production crew
n
Own transport highly desirable
