As a Treatment Coordinator with Toowong Orthodontics, you'll be one of the first and most important faces patients see.
You'll guide new and existing patients through every step of their orthodontic journey — from their initial consultation through to treatment start — making sure they feel informed, comfortable and confident in their decision to move forward.
Day & Hours
Key responsibilities
Welcoming new patients and guiding them through the consultation process
Presenting proposed treatment plans clearly, including timelines and next steps
Discussing costs, payment options and interest-free payment plans, and helping patients choose what suits them best
Following up with prospective patients to support their decision-making and answer questions
Coordinating and confirming appointments to keep the treatment schedule running smoothly
Liaising between patients and Specialist Orthodontists and clinical team to ensure a seamless experience
Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Supporting reception and practice manager with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
About you
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or in a dental/orthodontic front-of-house role is highly regarded
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — confident explaining treatment plans and finances in a way patients understand and feel at ease with
Warm, empathetic and genuinely passionate about patient care
Well organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy schedule
Comfortable using dental practice management software (or a fast learner)
A cooperative team player who thrives in a close, supportive clinic environment
