Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
n
n
Analyzing cash optimization processes and methodologies, reporting back on findings
n
Consolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes
n
Report on the performance of CIT vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics
n
Manage outward communication to CIT vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction, changes and challenges
n
Monitor and report any important changes in cash demand that impacts Operational budgets
n
Daily Bailment account monitoring, reconciliation and limit calculation
n
Maintaining of SLA breach registers, assisting with monthly SLA claims
n
Monthly Bailment reconciliation
n
Any other tasks as assigned by Management to ensure the effective operation of the department
n

Qualifications

Bachelor/Diploma in Business/Finance preferred but not essential

Experience

Intermediate MS Excel skills

Financial / Reconciliation or similar background is desired
