We're seeking a driven and insightful Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our product vision and development execution—ensuring innovative ideas are translated into real-world, customer-focused solutions.
Reporting to: Product Owner
Objective:
Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and refining requirements, translating features into detailed user stories, and ensuring development readiness.

Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and refine business requirements
Translate product features into detailed, high‐quality user stories
Add acceptance criteria,



business rules, and relevant mockups
Ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready
Support developers by answering questions and clarifying requirements
Participate in and/or lead UAT, validating delivered features
Log defects and track issues
Work with the Product Owner to groom and prioritise the backlog
Support effort estimation with the development team
Required skills, education, qualifications, and experience
1-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA in a SaaS environment
Demonstrated understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
Experience with JIRA in a software development environment
Strong analytical thinking and problem‐solving skills
Collaborative and adaptable working style
Passion for delivering clarity, quality, and consistency
This is a hybrid schedule position with 3 days per week on-site at our Mulgrave office.
