LET'S EXPLORE THE ROLE
n
As thePrincipal Consultant, Digital Mobile Radio & Critical Communications, you will serve as a recognised subject matter expert, providing
strategic,technicaland
commercial leadership across complex telecommunications and mission-critical communications projects.
n
You will work closely with major customers across government, public safety, transport,
utilities,miningand
enterprise sectors, helping them develop,



modernise and optimise critical communications networks that support operational resilience and business success.
n
This is a highly influential role combining technical excellence, thought leadership,
clientengagementand
business development.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Provide strategic consulting and technical leadership for Digital Mobile Radio (DMR), Land Mobile Radio (LMR)and critical communications projects.
n
Lead the development of communications strategies, business
cases,transformationroadmapsand
master plans.
n
Conduct technical due diligence, independent
engineeringreviewsand
technical assurance activities.
n
Define and review complex communications architectures including DMR, P25, LTE, MCX, private wireless and converged communications solutions.
n
Act as the lead technical advisor for major customer engagements and executive stakeholder forums.
n
Support revenue growth through technical leadership on bids,tendersand business development opportunities.
n
Provideexpert guidance on RF engineering, spectrum management, network performance, coveragedesignand operational resilience.
n
Mentor consultants and engineers while driving capability development and technical excellence.
n
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with customers,
regulators,vendorsand
strategic partners.
n
Drive innovation and thought leadership aligned with emerging technologies and industry trends.
n

You are a highly respected communications engineering skilled with deepexpertisein Digital Mobile Radio and mission-critical communications environments.
n
Essential Experience & Qualifications
n
Bachelor's Degree in
Telecommunications,
Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
n
Minimum 10 years' telecommunications industry experience.
n
At least 5
yearsspecialisingin
Digital Mobile Radio and critical communications networks....
