This is a fixed-term parental leave cover role, with the possibility of extension or ongoing employment, subject to business needs.
This role is a hands-on digital marketing role for someone who can turn SEO, HubSpot, paid digital and reporting into measurable commercial outcomes.
You will join a growing national financial services business and work directly on campaigns that improve visibility, generate qualified enquiries and support business growth.
The role is based in our Maroochydore head office on the Sunshine Coast.
This role suits a commercially minded digital marketer who is confident using data to make decisions, improve campaign performance and explain what is working, what is not and where we should focus next.

What you will own
SEO and organic growth
Develop and execute keyword strategies aligned to audience needs and search intent
Optimise website content, metadata, internal links and page structure to improve search visibility
Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor performance and identify opportunities
Support AI search optimisation by structuring content clearly for emerging search experiences
Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles where relevant
HubSpot, CRM and marketing automation
Build, manage and optimise campaigns in HubSpot
Segment audiences based on behaviour, lifecycle stage and engagement
Support lead nurture journeys, email campaigns and campaign workflows
Track CRM activity and help improve lead handoff, conversion and reporting visibility




Use HubSpot data to identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness
Paid digital and campaign performance
Plan, execute and optimise paid digital activity across relevant channels including LinkedIn and paid search
Monitor campaign metrics including impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions and engagement
Test and refine audience targeting, messaging, creative assets and calls-to-action
Recommend improvements based on campaign performance, cost efficiency and lead quality
Repurpose and distribute content across paid and organic channels to maximise reach and impact
Reporting, analytics and optimisation
Prepare clear reporting across campaign, website, SEO and CRM performance
Build and maintain dashboards that show performance, trends and opportunities
Translate data into practical recommendations for the marketing team and senior stakeholders
Identify drop-off points across landing pages, enquiry forms, booking pathways and conversion journeys
Support continuous improvement through testing, measurement and optimisation
About you
3+ years' experience in a digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing role
Strong hands‐on SEO experience, including keyword strategy, on-page optimisation and performance monitoring
Practical experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform
Experience managing or optimising paid digital campaigns, ideally across LinkedIn and Google Ads
Confident using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and campaign reporting tools
Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into transparent recommendations
Good copy judgement and the ability to adapt content for different channels and audiences
Commercially minded, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Comfortable working from our Maroochydore head office on the Sunshine Coast
