Key Highlights
Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 + Super
Caseload:AAC, dysphasia, speech language, voice, fluency, and swallowing (can be tailored to your interests - paediatric only, adult only, or mixed ages)
Funding mix:NDIS 90% / 5% Private & 5% Medicare
Hybrid role:Mix of clinic and community (depends on caseload split)
KPI:25 billable hours per week (gradual increase for Graduates)
CPD:$2,000 allowance + 4 days PD leave

Access to 8 fleet vehicles for therapist use
Option to use your own vehicle with a logbook, reimbursed at $0.98 per km each pay cycle
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers license and own vehicle
