You will engage with clients with complex mental health needs, use a coaching approach, and work within care teams reporting to the team leader.
Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health, Disability, Community Services or related field is required; willingness to commence Cert 4 mental health.
NDIS framework experience is desirable.
