Overview
Senior Electrical Engineer: Building Services.
This role is with a specialist electrical-only consultancy known for repeat work and word of mouth, with a senior team and engineers who represent the business directly with clients.
Base pay range: A$145,******/yr - A$173,******/yr.

The role (what you'll actually be doing)
This role is about removing pressure from the Directors.
You'll be trusted to:
Run electrical building services projects from concept through to construction and QA
Manage consultants, coordinate designs, and own delivery end-to-end
Be the primary point of contact for clients
Make decisions, solve problems,



and communicate confidently when things change
Projects span education, commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, aged care and community facilities, with no pigeonholing into a single sector unless you want it.
You won't be handed fragments of work.
You'll be handed entire jobs.
What you'll need (the non-negotiables)
Proven ability to run projects independently
Confidence dealing directly with clients and consultants
The judgement to know when to push, when to escalate, and when to just solve it
If you're the person others already rely on to "sort it out", you'll fit.
