Role Description
As aSenior Contract Administratorat Lexpol Group PTY LTD, you will play a key role in delivering a boutique, high-end mixed-use development on Sydney's Northern Beaches, comprising 5 luxury residential apartments, restaurant and commercial spaces.
Based in Lindfield, NSW, this full-time position will see you working closely with the Project and Site Management teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
The Senior Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing contracts, overseeing procurement processes, negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, design, and mentoring other staff members.
What you'll be doing
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts
Procurement of subcontracts and supplier agreements
Subcontractor and supplier management
Head contract management
Monitoring contract performance and compliance, and addressing any issues that arise
Provide expert advice and support to project managers and stakeholders on contractual matters




Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and records
Analysing contract data, monthly reporting, communicating with clients and subcontractors, and coordinating with project teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Assisting with tender responses, contract variations and contract closeouts
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in Contract Administration within the Australian construction industry
Proven experience delivering Class 1 (luxury homes), Class 2 (residential apartments) projects or commercial projects
Experience on boutique or high-end developments highly regarded
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Business, Law, or a related field
Strong capability in contract negotiation and contract management
Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to interpret contract terms and conditions
Effective communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
Experience with procurement systems such as Procore, Bluebeam and Buildlogic
Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities
A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
