About the Role
n
As one of our Residential Service Technicians,



you'll become the face of our business and be trusted to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service on every job.
n
Your responsibilities include:
n
n
Residential maintenance plumbing
n
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
n
Completing routine plumbing safety inspections
n
Blocked drain diagnosis, CCTV inspections and high-pressure jetting
n
Providing long-term drainage solutions and recommendations
n
Diagnosing, repairing and replacing hot water systems
n
Leak detection and general plumbing maintenance
n
Preparing same-day quotations using fixed-rate pricing
n
Educating homeowners on the best solution for your property
n
Building strong customer relationships through honest, professional communication
n
Delivering genuine five-star customer service on every job
n
Completing job documentation through ServiceM8
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
We're looking for plumbers who are hungry to succeed and take pride in their work.
n
You'll have:
n
n
NSW Plumbing Licence
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential maintenance plumbing
n
Experience as a Residential Service Technician
n
Experience using ServiceM8 (preferred)
n
Experience with fixed-rate pricing and same-day quoting
n
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
n
Confidence presenting solutions and quotations to homeowners
n
Current NSW Driver Licence
n
