Lead Strategic Transformation

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead the planning and delivery of multiple strategic business initiatives.
n
Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, governance frameworks and reporting.
n
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
n
Identify and manage programme risks, dependencies and critical milestones.
n
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Commercial and Corporate Services to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
n
Prepare executive reporting,



steering committee updates and business cases.
n
Drive accountability across workstreams while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
n
Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
n
n
About You
n
You are an experienced programme or project leader who thrives in complex manufacturing environments and enjoys turning strategy into execution.
n
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
n
n
Proven experience leading large-scale programmes within manufacturing, food manufacturing, FMCG or industrial operations.
n
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and the practical realities of delivering change in operational environments.
n
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working closely with executive leadership.
n
Strong commercial and analytical capability.
n
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
n
A team-oriented leadership style with the ability to influence without direct authority.
n
A disciplined, structured approach to programme governance balanced with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
n
n
Desirable Experience
n
n
Experience delivering operational improvement, capital investment, business transformation or supply chain initiatives.
n
Formal project management qualifications (PMI, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent).
n
Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or Business degree.
n
n
