We're partnering with a tier 3 commercial fit-out contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

Specialising in high-quality retail projects across Victoria, this business has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes for some of Australia's leading retail brands. With a healthy pipeline of secured work, they're looking for a hands-on Site Manager who thrives in quick-paced retail environments.

You'll be responsible for managing projects from site establishment through to handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
n
n
Manage day-to-day site operations across retail fit-out projects.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour.
n
Drive project programmes to ensure key milestones are achieved.
n
Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance.
n
Liaise with clients,



consultants and the internal project team.
n
Complete site documentation, reporting and project handovers.
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering retail fit-out projects.
n
Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies.
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in live and fast-paced environments.
n
Trade qualification preferred.
n
White Card and relevant site qualifications.
n
