Gridsight is scaling rapidly and seeks an IT Operations Manager to own IT operations end-to-end, from onboarding to offboarding, and to drive SOC 2 and ISO ***** readiness. You'll be the first dedicated owner, building scalable processes under the VP of Operations and ensuring audit preparedness as the company grows.
This role focuses on tooling, access control, and the employee experience, melding security with everyday IT support to enable rapid, secure growth for Gridsight.
