You'll be working one on one with the director and sales manager to get trained and established in your role.

You'll be the first point of contact for all customers, potential clients and tradespeople.
n
Ultimately, the result of your role will be to increase production by -
n
Ensuring every call and enquiry is resolved promptly and/or routed to the correct person.
n




Ensuring service technicians are achieving their weekly billable hours of 90%+
n
Increasing the percentage of sales enquiries to booked jobs.
n
Based in Cairns, Integral Electrics QLD is a locally owned electrical and air-conditioning services business established 10 years ago with plans for continual expansion.
n
This role is critical for our business, and we're looking for the right person who really cares.
