Join the dedicated crew at Eureka Landscapes as a full time Landscape Construction crew member based in Caloundra, QLD. In this hands‐on role, you will work under the direction of an experienced Foreman / Leading Hand to help deliver high-quality landscape construction projects.

What you'll be doing
n
Following instructions from the Foreman / Leading Hand to complete assigned landscape construction tasks
n
Reading and working from site plans and drawings
n
Assisting with site preparation, set-out, and installation of hardscape and softscape elements
n
Constructing retaining walls, pathways, garden beds, turf areas, and other landscaping features
n
Operating tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
n
Carrying out planting, mulching, and other horticultural tasks as directed
n
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite in line with WHS requirements
n
Supporting other crew members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
n




What we're looking for
n
Previous experience in landscape construction or similar outdoor labouring work
n
Ability to read and interpret basic site plans (training can be provided)
n
Good understanding of safe work practices and use of tools/equipment
n
Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
n
Strong crew work skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
n
Construction White Card (required)
