Job Description
The Salvation Army in Leongatha, VIC is seeking a part-time Case Manager to deliver high-quality support to at-risk youth and families. You will conduct assessments, develop case plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with an integrated team to promote secure housing and wellbeing.

You bring tertiary qualification in social work or related field, trauma-informed practice, excellent organization, and a valid VIC Driver's Licence; Working with Children Check preferred.
