What you will do
n
As the leader of our dynamic Parts Service Team, the purpose of the role is to lead and mentor the team, manage and develop the parts business in a cost efficient and profitable way, ensuring customers' needs are met.
n

Building, developing and sustaining customer relationships
n
Integrating the parts team within the Aftersales environment
n
Ensuring the team is focused on driving business
n
Working with the Branch Manager to deliver efficient and effective stock management
n
Ensure accuracy of documentation and that systems & procedures are maintained
n
n
Who you are

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes
n




Your leadership and mentoring abilities will ensure a great team setting
n
Previous experience within the Heavy Vehicle or Automotive industry within a
parts/stock/warehouse
environment
n
You will have a good understanding of product/service requirements for vehicle preparation, manufacturing and import processes
n
You will have demonstrated stakeholder management and above all be people focused - you strive to deliver positive business outcomes and solutions for our customers
