YOMG Rowville is seeking a Full Time Prep Chef for day shifts only, Tue–Sat, 9am–5pm, with no evening shifts. Must hold a Certificate 3 or higher in Commercial Cookery, and be available for 38+ hours per week. The role requires kitchen operation experience, teamwork, reliability, and excellent communication.

You will manage stock, budgets, and stocktakes, uphold Food Safety Programs, and maintain clean prep areas. Chance for growth within YOMG Head Office and field leadership teams.
