We are looking for a motivated and personable
Property Officer
to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least six months' real estate experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and gain greater exposure to property management.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our experienced Property Managers, interact with tenants and prospective tenants, attend properties and gradually take on greater responsibility as your experience develops.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting Saturday open homes and private inspections
Reviewing and processing rental applications before handing them over to Property Managers
Conducting annual property inspections and preparing reports
Assisting prospective tenants to find suitable rental properties
Communicating with tenants and providing a high level of service
Working closely with our Property Management team
Attending weekly team meetings and contributing to the wider business
About You
To be considered for this position,
you
must have:
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A minimum of
6 months' experience within real estate
Strong communication and people skills
Good organisation and time management
A professional and positive attitude
Confidence dealing with tenants and prospective tenants
A willingness to learn and develop your career
