About the Role
n
You will deliver specialist chemotherapy and infusion therapy in patients' homes, including:
n
n
Chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration
n
Central line (PICC/port) and peripheral cannulation
n
Clinical assessment, monitoring, and escalation where required
n
Patient education and holistic support
n
Collaboration with pharmacists and consultants
n
n
About You
n
You are a confident and compassionate oncology nurse who values both clinical excellence and meaningful patient connection.
n
You bring:
n
n
2+ years oncology / day oncology / infusion experience
n
Chemotherapy administration experience (essential)
n
Peripheral cannulation (essential)
n
Experience with CVADs (PICC/ports)
n
eviQ and/or ADAC competencies (or willingness to obtain with our support)
n
Strong clinical judgement and assessment skills
n
Excellent communication and patient-centred approach
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Community nursing experience (nice to have, not essential)
n
Driving licence and access to own vehicle
n
n
