About the Role
An opportunity is available for a Speech Pathologist to join the team on a part-time basis, working 2 to 3 days per week.
You will be the first Speech Pathologist within the service, making this a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years' experience who is looking for greater autonomy while still having access to structured support.
The caseload is primarily paediatric, with most sessions delivered one-to-one in the clinic. There will also be some work across kindergartens, schools and community settings.
External supervision will be provided, alongside a gradual KPI build-up to help you settle into the role and develop your caseload at a manageable pace.

What You'll Need
Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility
Ideally 1 to 2 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
Experience or a strong interest in paediatric practice
Current driver's licence
Ability to work across clinic, school, kindergarten and community settings
Confidence working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
